Think tank Skaperkraft will develop leadership talent to build communities. Therefore, we invite those who are between 19 and 26 years to the Creator's power management training 2015/16!

What is the Creator's power management training program for young people?

A course for those between 19 and 26 years who have shown initiative leader and has ambitions to exercise community building leadership. The course develops leadership talent to build and characterize society.

The course runs over five weekends during the period September 2015 to April 2016. High motivation required of each participant.

Through manager training program you will:

• Get to know yourself; how you are as a person and a leader, and be aware of how you invest your time and your effort
• See how you can follow Jesus' principles of management, integrating these in what you do and help solve societal challenges
• Trained to deal with various aspects of leading others
• Cooperate with other participants in a project throughout the year
• Build character, be challenged and equipped

Through this program, you will gain insight into:

• Christian worldview / management in the footsteps of Jesus
• Self-management and lead and of others; vision, strategy and planning, problem solving, communication, conflict resolution, change management
• Community Leadership; solve specific community needs

Presenters

In addition to the course managers will during the manager training program meet leaders in business, politics, media and other sectors of society. They will equip you with good, inspiring and steady lessons about leadership, and will share their experience of life in following Jesus in an integrated manner.

Practical information - management training

Cases Kraft's management training program for young people consists of five courses weekends during the period September 2015 to April 2016. Application deadline is 05/08/15.

We are looking for as:

• 
Are between 19 and 26 years
• Has proven leader initiative (in study, organization, ward or business, etc.)
• Wishes to pursue community-building leadership ahead in life
• Have high degree of motivation
• Will commit to the scheme which runs over 5 weekends, and participation in project

The course has 16 seats, and we encourage both boys and girls to apply.

Dates:

- 11.-13. September t
- Oct 30 - Nov 1
- 8.-9. January
- 5 to 7. February
- 8.-9. April

Start Weekend in September and meetings in October and February last from Friday to Sunday and includes accommodation. Other collections has a batch Friday night and full day Saturday. During the meetings in January and April have accommodation arranged themselves but we can help when needed.

Price:


The course has excess of NOK 4 400. This covers the syllabus and course materials, as well as accommodation and food during the weekend collections Sep / Oct / Feb, and snacks and lunches at the other collections. Travel expenses are covered by yourself. The course is largely of sponsorship and has an estimated value of NOK 30 000 per. person. Skaperkraft will invest in you!
